Bre transformed a 90's style home into an open modern masterpiece. She utilized the existing bones and shifted the layout of the kitchen to create an open concept that marries three areas flawlessly together; the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Since the space was so open, Bre utilized her knowledge in lighting design and hung pendants to distinguish each space from each other.

She also decided to keep the overall color scheme for the hard surfaces to a minimum while maximizing textures, colors, and materials into the furniture, fixtures, and accents to give the environment a cozy personality. And given the location, Bre worked with the clients to add floor to ceiling windows and large sliding glass doors to bring the exterior scenic view into the home.
