Breanna Lee Design offers a variety of design packages. After your consultation call, Breanna will recommend a design package that best suits your needs. If you have any questions regarding the packages below please contact the design team!
FULL-SERVICE DESIGN PACKAGE
Residential and Commercial Projects
With this design package - Breanna Lee Design's team will work as your personal project managers and maintain the project from start to finish.
Breanna will schedule an onsite consultation to cultivate design ideas then generate a scope of work and present design options that best fit her client's needs as well as budget.
After the design is finalized, Breanna Lee Design's team will work closely with vendors, builders, and installers to ensure the design is implemented throughout the process.
Once the construction and installation process is complete, Breanna will conduct a final walkthrough and schedule a day to stage furniture and accessorize the space.
And that's it! Your project is complete!

DESIGN PLAN PACKAGE
$975 per room
This package is designed to help the client come up with a plan to achieve their dream design. This is a great option for clients who like to do-it-themselves but need a little direction on how to accomplish their goal.
Breanna will schedule an onsite consultation to cultivate design ideas and talk in-depth about design solutions. Breanna Lee Design's team will then take the information gathered from the consultation and generate design options that best fit the client's needs as well as budget.

Anchor 2
ONLINE PLAN PACKAGE
$500 per room
This package is exclusively over the phone and online. Breanna Lee Designs team will schedule an in-depth over the phone interview to discuss your space and hone in the style you gravitate towards.
After the interview, Breanna Lee Designs team will email a design that best fits the client's needs as well as the targeted budget. Breanna will follow up with a phone call to the client to ensure their needs were met.
