Design Plan Package
OVERVIEW:
This package is specialized for all the do-it-yourselfers and all the clients who just need some direction so they don't make any mistakes early on in their project. BLD's team will give you the tools you need to finish the project yourself!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
BLD's team has 3 Stages of Design...

PHASE ONE ​
BLD's team will produce an accurate Scope of Work and Contract that will be upheld throughout the job. This phase is the jumping-off point and at that time BLD's team will be onsite gathering dimensions and getting a basic understanding of the overall project.

PHASE TWO ​
This is the fun part! BLD's team will gather materials, samples, color schemes, floorplan layouts, renderings, and vision boards to give the client an overall feel for the project. This phase is going to drive the entire project! BLD's team is here for you, if you want to edit or change something let us know!

PHASE THREE ​
Once all the design decisions have been made - BLD's team will give the client a binder that includes a shopping list, floor plans, to-scale layouts and an overall price estimate for the project.
