1

PHASE ONE

BLD's team will produce an accurate Scope of Work and Contract that will be upheld throughout the job. This phase is the jumping-off point and at that time BLD's team of builders and subcontractors will be onsite gathering dimensions and a getting basic understanding of the overall project.

2

PHASE TWO

This is the fun part! BLD's team will gather materials, samples, color schemes, floorplan layouts, renderings, and vision boards to give the client an overall feel for the project. This phase is going to drive the entire project! BLD's team is here for you, if you want to edit or change something let us know!

3

PHASE THREE

Once all the design decisions have been made - BLD's team moves onto finalizing the details through construction documents, specification sheets, and presentations. These documents are essential to make sure that everyone is on the same page in regards to the build.

BLD's team will also be processing furnishings, fixtures, and equipment orders during this phase to ensure that the project stays on track during construction.

4

PHASE FOUR

Phase four is when it all comes together! This is our installation and building phase! BLD's team will be onsite frequently and report back to the client on a weekly basis to provide updates or changes.

Once the construction process is done, our team will deliver and install all items that were ordered for the project. During this time, our team will take extra time to ensure that everything is perfect!

5

PHASE FIVE

Phase Five is the big reveal! Everything is in place, all the dust has settled (literally) and this design vision has become a reality. Bre will do a final walk-thru with the client to discuss maintenance and care for new items as well as generate a list of any little things that need to be attended to.
