Items will ship within 4-5 days after payment is received

Items will arrive within 3-4 weeks; depending on the items and shipping location, the lead time may be longer

Carrier and tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped

RETURNS
General Requirements

Returns must be shipped back to Breanna Lee Design within 30 days of delivery

Returns must have a Breanna Lee Design Authorization number in order to be accepted

Return must be shipped in the same box it was received in

BLD will not cover return shipping fees

Once the item/ items are returned, BLD will inspect for damages and issue a full refund of the item/ items

If the item/ items have additional damages from return shipping, we cannot provide a refund and you will need to file a claim with your shipping company
